"Still waiting on my lights"
I haven't gotten my package yet because of some problems with DPD, and I haven't received any updates from Cotton Ball, which has made this whole thing pretty frustrating. I'm sure the lights are lovely, but I can't really say for sure. Fingers crossed this gets sorted out soon since I bought it as a gift. Update: Jan 3rd Cottonball really came through in the end, and I finally got the lights. I'm super happy, even though it took over a month!

"Great item overall"
This is a great item overall, but a few of the balls required a bit of tweaking before I could hook them up to the cord. The quality appears to be quite good otherwise, and the final look is really lovely :)

These are the prettiest and best quality cotton balls I've come across. I've placed two orders and I'm super excited 🤩. It's also really nice to find a charity page where I can purchase light balls in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and donate all proceeds to charity🇺🇦 Just amazing!

"Shipping and return fees are way too steep"
When you place an order, you gotta cover the shipping fees. Sadly, if the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re stuck paying for the return too. In my situation, the shipping and return fees are nearly the same as the item itself. This kind of practice is pretty rare in The Netherlands, and honestly, it feels quite unfriendly to customers.
